Craftedseur™ Returns and Exchanges

We want every customer to feel satisfied with their purchase. Returns and exchanges are handled as follows:

Return Window:
Products may be returned within a specified period after delivery.

Eligibility:

• Items must be unused and in original packaging

• Accessories and manuals must be included

• Products showing wear, misuse, or damage from installation are not eligible

Process:

1. Contact support with your order number

2. Receive a return authorization and instructions

3. Ship the item back using the recommended method

4. Upon inspection, a refund or exchange is processed

Exceptions:

• Personalized or customized products may not be returned

• Promotional bundles and certain kitchen consumables are non-returnable

Refund Method:
Approved returns are refunded via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
